General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) for all orders placed on www.pure-filters.ch, hereinafter referred to as Pure Filters.

Please find below the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC), which serve as the basis for the processing and fulfillment of the purchase contract for customers on the Pure Filters websites. The personal data protection policies are in a separate document, also available as an annex.

The customer is any natural or legal person who enters into a transaction for commercial purposes, in particular through a secure online payment procedure implemented and managed by the banking institutions whose services Pure Filters has engaged.

1. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF CONDITIONS

The customer accepts the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) as soon as they place an order by clicking on "Order" and this applies to all orders for products and/or services found on Pure Filters websites. The contractual relations between Pure Filters and the customer are governed by European law. This document forms an integral part of the sales contract.

2. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

2.1 Contracts concluded on Pure Filters websites are exclusively in French. When ordering items, your contracting party is A+B Solutions Sarl, Chemin de la Meunière 10, 1008 Prilly, Switzerland.

2.2 By clicking "Order", you place a firm order for the items in your shopping cart. We confirm receipt of your order by email after receiving full payment. A contract is then concluded between the customer and Pure Filters.

2.3 Please note that if you choose bank transfer as a payment method, the order takes effect upon receipt of full payment for the goods and any shipping costs.

3. PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS

3.1 Prices are displayed in Euros.

3.2 The prices indicated on the items at the time of the order apply. The prices shown are all-inclusive. The price of items does not include shipping costs.

3.3 The amount of shipping costs is calculated automatically based on the destination and the content of the order. They are shown in the summary before the order is finalized.

3.4 We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The prices indicated at the time of the order are binding.

4. PAYMENT

4.1 We offer our customers various payment methods such as advance payment by bank transfer, credit card payment, PayPal, etc. For each order, we reserve the right not to accept a payment method. Please note that we only accept payments from accounts in Switzerland and within the European Union (EU). You bear any potential transaction fees and exchange rates.

4.2 The order will be considered accepted by Pure Filters when the banking institutions have given their approval and Pure Filters has confirmed the order by sending a confirmation email to the customer's address on the order.

4.3 To limit fraud, Pure Filters reserves the right to request proof of address and identity before confirming the order. Pure Filters also reserves the right to cancel the order in the absence of proof or data deemed non-compliant.

4.4 In case of refund, we refund the account you used for payment.

5. DELIVERY

5.1 Unless otherwise agreed between the customer and Pure Filters, the order will be delivered to the delivery address indicated at the time of the order.

5.2 We are only obliged to deliver items in our stock and those we can order from our suppliers. We ship your orders within the European territory. If the deadline is stated in business days, we mean all days from Monday to Friday. This does not include Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.

5.3 The information provided by the customer when placing the order (name, billing and delivery address) is binding. We are not responsible for any error on the part of the customer when registering their account or placing their order.

6. WARRANTY

6.1 The legal two-year warranty for defective products applies. During this period, the customer may request repair or replacement of the defective product.

6.2 Products are guaranteed by their manufacturers for the duration and under the conditions indicated on Pure Filters websites. No warranty coverage will be possible beyond the period offered by Pure Filters.

6.3 The warranty is excluded for defects caused by the customer, particularly in the case of misuse or improper use.

7. AMENDMENTS TO THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

7.1 Pure Filters reserves the right to modify or adjust the General Terms and Conditions of Sale for the future if technical or legal reasons require it. The modifications become part of the contract once accepted by the customer.

7.2 If isolated clauses of the contract are or become wholly or partially void, or if the contract has an unforeseen gap, the validity of the other clauses or parts of those clauses is not affected. Ineffective or missing clauses are replaced by the corresponding legal regulations.

8. JURISDICTION

In the event of a dispute, the place of jurisdiction is Lausanne.
